You can make your reservation online through the forms available on our bike tour, bike rental and private tours pages.

We are located in the heart of Seville: Calle Pastor y Landero, 4 (Arenal market). Seville (Spain) See on map.
- When are we available?
Every day except 24th, 25th & 31th December and 1st January.
- What is the cancellation policy?
100% Free. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us through filling out the contact form or by calling 0034 625 276 222.
- Do i need to book in advance?
It is always recommended to book in advance. This way you will avoid overbooking problems. For a private tour, it is necessary to make a reservation 48 hours in advance. For regular tours you can make your reservation up to 30 minutes before the tour starts.
- If it rains or if the weather is bad, will the tour take place?
On rainy days we offer free ponchos to our customers. If the weather is extremely unfavorable and we are forced to cancell the tour, we will contact you. Remember that cancellation is totally free. Just contact us if you wish to cancel your reservation.
- What is the minimum age to take a bike tour?
There is no minimum age for the bike tour. We have bikes for all ages. If a child knows how to ride a bike and is able to do the tour of approximately 3 hours, he/she can join us. Remember that we also offer baby seats for free.
